You represent that you have authority to act for your organization and comply with local laws.
If you disagree with these terms, do not use the service.
2. Service Usage Rules
You are responsible for campaign content, recipient targeting, and lawful message delivery practices.
Abuse, spam, fraud, or attempts to disrupt platform reliability are prohibited.
We may suspend accounts that violate these rules or create operational risk.
3. Billing and Plan Limits
Plan limits (accounts, messaging quotas, and feature access) apply as listed on the pricing page.
Overages, upgrades, and enterprise agreements are governed by your commercial terms.
Failure to pay may result in restricted access or service suspension.
4. Data and Integrations
You retain ownership of your business data and grant us permission to process it for service delivery.
Third-party integrations and APIs are used at your discretion and subject to their own terms.
You are responsible for securing API keys, webhook endpoints, and account credentials.
5. Liability and Updates
Service is provided on an as-available basis, with reasonable efforts for uptime and reliability.
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited under your governing agreement.
